Withdrawal from the contract
What to do if you change your mind. This covers shop purchases, not session bookings — those are cancelled under the cancellation terms.

You have 14 days
As a consumer you may withdraw from a contract concluded online within 14 days, without giving a reason and without penalty. The period runs from the day you or a person you name takes delivery of the goods. For digital content it runs from the day the contract is concluded. If you ordered several items delivered separately, it runs from the day the last of them arrives.
How to withdraw
Send us an unambiguous statement that you are withdrawing. You may use the form below, but you do not have to — your own wording is fine as long as it is clear who you are and which order it concerns. We confirm receipt straight away.
Returning the goods
Send or hand the goods back within 14 days of withdrawing. You bear the cost of returning them. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is needed to establish their nature and properties. Unpacking and trying is fine; wearing them in is not.
Getting your money back
Within 14 days of withdrawal we refund every payment we received from you, including delivery costs — capped at the cheapest delivery method we offer. We refund by the same means you paid, unless we agree otherwise, and we charge you nothing for it. For goods we may wait until they come back or until you show that you have sent them.
When withdrawal is not available
For digital content (online courses, e-books, audio) the right to withdraw ends if, before the 14 days were up, you expressly agreed to immediate access and confirmed that you thereby lose the right to withdraw. That is § 1837(l) of the Civil Code. We ask for that consent with a tick box at the checkout and store the exact wording you saw; it is repeated in your order confirmation. Without the consent we unlock the content only once the period has passed. Nor is there withdrawal from goods made to order, or from goods unsealed for hygiene reasons that cannot be returned.
