"The first step towards transformation is to become aware"

I'm a very careful person particularly focused on the changing needs of the society in which we live- needs that have greatly accelerated our pace of life, bringing to our bodies much stress and sickness.

Modern “humans” are exhausted and disconnected from their bodies.

I like to consider the body not as a separate entity from our minds, but rather as a projection of it. By paying attention to our body language and our postural habits during walking, breathing and conducting our daily activities, we would realize that our posture is the mirror of our emotion and the reflection of our thoughts.

I believe that strengthening the consciousness that we have of our psychophysical condition helps us to become aware of our condition and increases consequently the healing potential.

Educating patients about their condition, taking the time to talk comprehensibly with them, gives them the responsibility of their own vitality and at the same time grants them control on their health.

A solid posture is the soul of well-being and mainly it is an active attitude towards yourself.

A good posture expresses the harmony between the nervous system (mind)  and the muscles (body); through working on posture we can improve our balance and rediscover harmony.

If you take a moment to observe a professional athlete, a dancer or even a musician, you can appreciate the perfect synchronization of their gestures and the beauty of their movements, which is the tangible proof of our capabilities when we act as a whole organism.

Coming from an athletic background my life and professional journey made me choose to apply into therapy the same strategies that top performing people use in order to achieve such results - the same principle in order to make humans performe better and take control of their own life.

Proper preparation prevents poor performance

A specific therapeutic approach has to consider the patient as an active and a central part to avoid  pain and injuries while living your life…
